do you have any particular guidelines or is it free ?
If it's a little programm, then make a c# programm that open a .csv with data, and then programm it for it to be classed for example size of the city, from least to most populated, etc... I do not sell anything. I do not have a public Discord / Telegram. I will never ask anyone for money / refuse any deal via middleman. I will never deny to confirm my identity via PM before any deal.
