@Wage is correct. Just by writing you are not responsible etc doesn't mean the burden of plausible deniability is completely lifted off your shoulders. Do some research into local laws and jurisdictions. I mean the US is a big country and rules tend to change from one state to another. If in the EU block, then laws are pretty uniform.
