Hey, i’ve had a problem with my Spotify Subscription. For the last years i have a student subscription, moreover last week i checked my student ID in order to confirm my Student Plan. Apparently i made a mistake with my email, and i was charged with the Individual plan. I contacted the SheerID Support and they told me that i have to contact Spotify Customer Support in order to fix this issue.**bleep**
