Sqli Dumper Questions

first of all its nice to be here
maybe someone of you can explain me why my sqli dumper often showes only numbers as password, like 423421 (not hashed)?
and how can i find the admin panel of a website?

I  can't explain the numbers for password....but when I used to do SQLI I used Havij and that would literally "scan" the domain and would show every single URL even hidden ones like admin panel?
