There are a few requirements to get an inactive username or already taken username.
1. Supreme Rank is a must.
2. User should be inactive for at least six months
Scammers' Names won't be given to someone else.
Open thread only if both 1 and 2 are fulfilled.
If any of the following requirements are not fulfilled, we will close your support thread immediately without any further notice.
