I've heard of MovieWP and a few others like dooplay (he has an easy import tool also) you just need to look at stuff on google and search up how to make my own 123 Movies etc..

There's a theme for wordpress with some tools included called Animestream (animesuge site is down so I can't tell exactly what you could use)
