1- The psn accounts are accounts of other users of the Playstation Network and they may still use it.
 
2- The account holder can still use his/her account and your use of their account will not affect their use of account.
 
3- You agree that you don't change the account password and don't spend any money that exists in the account. If you do change the password or spend any money or anything other than what we tell you to do your PS4 will most likely get banned and the responsibility is yours.

4- You agree to ONLY activate that account as your primary account and download its games and never log in again.
 
5- If the account holder activates the account on their ps4 again your games will probably will get locked. if this happens you can log in to that account and activate it again but if the password is changed you can't do anything about it.
