Q: Will you give me a new account? What do you need to perform the upgrade?
A: We won't give you a new account. We will need your Microsoft account email only to send the invitation.
Q: How to be eligible for the upgrade?
A: Your account must not have any running subscriptions.
Q: How much cloud storage do I get?
A: You get 1TB (1000GB) of cloud storage on OneDrive and 15GB on Outlook.
Q: What apps are inclued?
A: You get all the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook with offline access and premium features.
Q: On how many devices can I use my account?
A: Use up to 5 devices simultaneously.
Q: Other people on the family subscription can see my files?
A: Absolutely not. Even us can't see what you are doing with your files.

A: It's the same. Office 365 is now Microsoft 365.
