This method works because when you update to a higher iOS version, you receive a new Keychain Token. This token is what Snapchat uses to identify and determine whether to ban a device. By upgrading from iOS 15 to iOS 16 or any higher version, you obtain a new token, effectively bypassing the previous device ban. It's important to note that this method was effective last year. However, please keep in mind that Snapchat's policies and detection mechanisms may change over time, so results cannot be guaranteed. Enjoy using Snapchat on your updated iOS version!
TLDR; Upgrading to a Dev Beta of a higher iOS gives you a new keychain.
