Best way: Create new account on turkey VPN (I can do this for you if you want), and then buy games from me on that account and use family sharing to your main account so you can play on your main!
If you want on your own account, the Steam account region must be in Turkey. If it's not, you can use a VPN and purchase a super cheap third-party service to change it!
