Hey, I have tried to add you on discord and even sent support tickets to you 4 days ago and no response from you. Then I see today you received negative feedback from another user on your selly shop and you responded back rather quickly. Yet the tickets I sent you TWICE haven't even received one reply or response yet. I am trying to give you the benefit of the doubt before I leave negative feedback and do a chargeback. 

I just want what I paid for, why is it so hard to make any contact with you? You are clearly active so I know you are receiving my tickets and requests on discord. Please contact me ASAP so we can hopefully resolve this misunderstanding. 
This will be my last attempt to reach out to you since I have exhausted all other means.
