Simple, absolute trash and waste of money.

Results with the 5k test lines he gave me before purchasing:

Based on this rate I should've had an impressive, massive amount of hits across the whole 4.5m base BUT....

Leaving this aside from the whole 4.5 combo more than 600k lines were duplicates, he then submitted another combo with 4.7m lines and those very same 600kish lines were still there.
