Sorry for commenting on here.

I used paypal a long time ago and i have some experience with chargebacks.
What i usually did is just escalated the case to paypal, and gave them screenshots of the product i sent the user.

NOTE: You shouldnt do this if the product was cracked accounts etc (or just replace the cracked account with a gift code on the screenshot, paypal wont ask about it)

Never charged back if he checks it got unauthorised as I contacted PayPal as his payment was selected my accident I had a unauthorised payment on my paypall and his was selected by accident next time why don't he ensure that someone is actually taken the money instead of calling them a scammer? I use his method and I actually enjoy it

I personally went out my way to call PayPal up and tell them to cancel it as his guide actually is worth a shot.
