How much would it cost to open a casino (illegal and a legal one)

Is a crypto casino a better option then a regular?

How many staff members should a casino have?

How does a casino guarantee profits?

Would anyone be interested to partner up and open up a casino?

Most crypto casinos make money from in-house games, the slots by pragmatic are often rev-share and a smaller %.

In-house game max bet is determined by the amount of money you have in bank, since well... users bet against the house,

i can answer you a few questions if you need.

1. a casino should have as much as possible as reserv capital. but the casino should always go in the + if ur not ur doing something wrong but ofc make sure that ppl win from time to time if they will only lose they wont come back.
2. a casino should have as much payment methods as possible crypto/card etc. but try to do a casino without kyc. since most ppl are underaged or just simply dont want to share any infos.
3. as ur casino gets more players get mroe staff.
4. the win lose ratio should be pretty fair. but the casino always wins for example 40/60. but most casinos have it way more (in the casinos favor ofc.)
5. sure

Depends on what you're willing to spend on the build. There's source code built out there for around $500-$1000, but what you get is pretty basic. Or you can have a custom built for $10k+
If you want to legalize it, it's around $20k-$30k if you find a good country to fund the yearly gambling license, on top of the first time fees, etc. I would say $60k for the first year, then $20k every year after that.

Is a crypto casino a better option then a regular?

Yes and No. It's better for crypto if you keep it illegal. Regular casino is better if you're legal because you'll reach a bigger audience.

How many staff members should a casino have?

It depends on the scale. Realistically if you just keep a small online crypto casino. 2-3 people should be fine. A finance, a Dev, a manager.

How does a casino guarantee profits?

House always has advantage. and put p2p gamble, where house takes 5% off the earnings.

An "Illegal one kinda depends on what games your offering and other stuff - although most game publishers wont even let you use theire games without a License.
A 100% Legal Casino (not saying crypto for a good reason) again, depends on what games, how many, what payment gateways and where your Gaming License is from. It can go from 80.000€-300.000€+
Theres a third option called "white hat casino" - but I wouldnt recommend it. Its a completely legal online casino which costs about 30k but you have control over nothing. Its basically using the Gaming license from another casino - youre just doing the marketing for your Site.

Is a crypto casino a better option then a regular?
A normal one. Very few people are using Crypto currency as a Payment gateway (btc having $ 1,198.25B market cap and costing 7$ network fees on average)
Your missing out on sooooo many potential customers when opening a only crypto casino.

How many staff members should a casino have?
Dont really need much. You + Dev + Lawyer + Marketing (+Accountant)
But you can also freelance those or do it yourself (although wouldnt recommend it)

How does a casino guarantee profits?
Well you have an Edge over the Players. I think Slots are pretty self explanatory. For Blackjack, Roulette etc. theres no "guarantee". Some days you loose money, some days you win. But overall you have an edge so youre winning long term. (cant unmath the math; edge is for all tablegames about 2% and slots about 12%-1.88% depends on the deal you have with your provider.

Would anyone be interested to partner up and open up a casino?
You can hmu on here if youre interested in doing such things. We can hop together on a talk and discuss our plans/budget etc. and see where this is going. I planned the whole journey already :D
