Additional Information: He told me to accept his 100 credit bet and then he'd accept the 33k credit bet I sent him. I accepted his bet and he didn't accept mine as per our agreement.

no, a 100 credit refund is unfair as the only reason he didn't want to go thru with the bet is that he thought I'd win and it would somehow reset his winning chance. He has to accept the 33k bet
