Additional Information: Doritos is terrible at communication, he kept me busy for a refund for almost 20 days, first he took access to my account for the refund, then took a 10% upfront. Even after 20 days, I said that I wanted to get my account and my money back because there was no improvement about the refund. In the beginning, he said that the Amazon account was closed so he could not return it (I knew that this would not happen at the first try about refund because my Amazon account is very old and no refunds were attempt). He sent back the upfront he received but still ignores my messages to not refund my account back to me.
