With their new privacy policy, which will be effective after the 27th March,
Discord will record/store your video calls, voice calls/channels, including your screen shares.
They have removed:
out of their privacy policy which is/was effective from March 28, 2022 to March 26, 2023.
Old (and still effective as of now) privacy policy:
Text which says that they do not store the contents of video calls, voice calls/channels and streams is still there.
New (effective after the 27th March) privacy policy:
Text which says that they do not store the contents of video calls, voice calls/channels and streams got removed.
