Supreme Does Exodus lock wallets that are in a US IP?

Looking to buy a large amount of Dogecoin with BTC for no fees, and I found Exodus. But their ToS says non US wallets are limited, is there anyway for them to lock my funds?

I believe that they are non-custodial.

Meaning you control your keys.

I believe they could in way lock you out of their app, but with your key's you can open up your funds on any wallet.

BUT
If some stalin bitch or chinese mongol takes control of the company, runs an update and takes control of all the keys they could figuratively do whatever they want with everyones wallet.

Ah so lets say I put $5K into the app via BTC, then exchanged to Doge. Could they possibly flag me for limitation or straight lock me ? Im willing to take a risk but not a big one
