This thread is mainly focused for refunders that have a clientele and need help to manage their orders/customers.
I have experience in this field as I've done it for a couple of years, managing my own refund service however I took a long break and just coming back into it now.
It's quite a stressful experience to handle everything on your own that is why I'm not looking to reestablish my own service anymore (in case this question is coming to mind).
Therefore I'm looking to work for established refunders/newcomers in this business, offering either customer support, research for new stores, or doing the refunds for you if things get busy (I can contact the stores if needed).
