Q: Is there a minimum investment to get started?
A: Yes, you must have atleast 0.002 BTC.
Q: How are my funds protected? What stops you from stealing my assets?
A: Taking your assets is not possible. You provide us with a Binance API key without the permissions for withdrawing. All we can do with an API
key is submit trades.
Q: What are the risks? What could go wrong?
A: There is always a risk when it comes to trading, though we minimize these risks by executing multiple trades and having appropriate stop loss. In the worst case scenario (Which should never happen), closing 10 trades at a loss would result in a 11.2% loss.
Q: I am a U.S customer and Binance is not supported in the U.S.
A: Binance.US is not supported. If you are from the U.S and would like to take advantage of our platform, you can use a VPN to create
your account. It's highly recommended that you use the same VPN/VPS to avoid issues withdrawing from different IP addresses.
