Okay, so people are selling $0.50 items buying then refunding them to add fake feedback that makes you seem trusted. This is common af done by scammers.

So sellix should log some type of IP thats encrypted and if the customers IP matches 1 of the sellers IP's then the buyer can buy but can't leave a review.
