Is there a way to bypass Cashapp region lock features?

I live outside of the US and can't even download cashapp on my phone (i'm fine logging in on web), but wanting to find a workaround to getting a cashapp for my upcoming project. And also will need a workaround the phone verification as I don't believe you can verify with a phone outside of america, any ideas?
