As the title says - I lost access to my email address on file for my account here and forgot the password to my cracked account. I’m logged in on my phone luckily but I need to change my password but in order to do that I need access to my email or to enter my current password - I don’t have either of these.
A bit of a tough situation but please let me know how I can reset my password and change my email. I do have access to my authenticator app which is the 2fa on the account.
I’ve been messaging with Ping for like 4 weeks about these he’s not really offered any solutions just doesn’t open messages anymore after asking me to log into the email I don’t have access to.
