I started with him a refund in october and he started the return label but he forget to drop it , now has been already 2 months and he failed my refund , for what reason he say 100% when is not 100% ? I asked after he failed my refund due no dropping the label he said to me to wait another 20 days and will be repaired , waited nothing happen when i asked after 20 days he said to wait some weeks !!!! ? .
