Did you find anyone open to this? I'm interested. I want to try to get more into investments, no matter what area because these days, this is what I think brings profit. I was talking to a Mortgage Advisor Bristol, the other day, and he told me that more and more people are interested in buying a house, but to get a mortgage is very hard. I've always thought that real estate is a great area for investments, but I think I'm a little bit late because now everything is so expensive. I don't feel like trading or any other similar stuff, however, I want to invest in something. What would you guys invest in?

You shouldn't FOMO these days on real estate, inflation is picking and prices are rising. It's actually easier to get approved for a mortgage these days than 5-6 years ago which is a red flag.

Although I don't understand much in this specific kind of investment, I can recommend you to compare loan in finofy if you will need some lended capital for your project. I hope you have some sort of business plan and can calculate the difference between lended interest and return on investment (ROI). Let me know how it works, ok?
