i never tried either but i th0nk 240 is better however i dont think u can really notice it.

240, it's definitely noticeable in FPS games or anything really. It feels significantly smoother, it's all I played on since going from 60 > 144 > 240.

I think the general consensus is 60 to 144 is a huge jump. VERY noticeable difference. Where as going from 144 to 240 you won't notice as much.
