Personal Experience

They are cheap
0 privacy on files and things you've on there servers (They send me a few screenshots of my config folders and banned my server stating I use them for cracking, yes I do what else they expect If they advertise on cracking forum)
Poor connection quality, server get reboots frequently for no cause
