Thanks for answering! I am not looking for site, but for payment processor that I can make deal with. Money is not really a issue, just looking for something that can take card and instant transfer to crypto.

That's the best anti-fraud system, KYC and never instantly cashout to crypto.

You can use Stripe and then exchange into crypto, but never will be instant.
