I Know this doesn't matter but whats the point of Perma banning someone for scamming if they can just refund the person and pay the security fee  and get Un-banned , Therefore shouldn't a Permanent Ban mean the person cannot do anything at all to be Un-banned for any reason at all and it can't be Overrided for any reason. There should be like Temp-ban until the person does such and such ... etc and Permanent Ban that can't be Overridden like it is now.

Scammers same as thieves. they don't respect community, also community members. if someone scammed. he deserves punishment (Permanent BAN)  plus leaking he's real info. so for me scammers don't deserve second chance.
