There is a couple of users who negative repped me one being a scammer and they are now banned. Could I get this negative rep removed.  @KSZ @Barry @Liars

While it may be relevant for some situations (eg. scammer you are in a DD with -reps you), there are other situations where a user could "legitimately" -rep you and get banned for another reason completely unrelated to you, in which case I wouldn't see why the -rep would get removed.

The user wasn't banned when he gave that rep, hence its justified. Positive reps from banned members also don't get removed.
