Like I said it was always here on all products. And it doesn't matter if u were online or not. You login the account and used the balance. I only offer invalid warranty.You would know if u read the describtion of the product u buying
@Morelta You can either replace the account or refund him. Do so within 24 hours.
I just want to say i'll wait for your another answer for a refund cause i don't think u make the right decision. For what reason i sholud replace or refund? I already gave him an account that is working then he spend the balance in the account. And my product descriptions, warranty terms are clear as day. I only replace invalid and i have a reason for that and my clients should know that before buying. Its not my responsibility that they don't read. If staffs keep making decisions like you do customers will think like its their right to get a refund or replacement again and again and it makes no sense 'cause u let customers scam sellers.
