In a group conversation, "notbaba" stated: "No, we are not the same person. I am the one who had this issue with Rainbow and Elation. Tim is my partner and we used his name to open the dispute because I don't have forum accounts and the one I created, Rainbow gave me a -6 reputation." This admission, confirmed by the OP, indicates that the individual claiming to have been scammed did not personally open the dispute.
Moreover, "notbaba" contradicted himself by initially claiming not to have a forum account, but then referring to an account that was negatively impacted by Rainbow. This inconsistency raises questions about the credibility of his claims.
Given these circumstances, any evidence or personal experiences shared by the OP cannot be considered relevant to this dispute. The OP cannot represent the perspective of the purchaser, and therefore, any recounting of events on their behalf must be disregarded.
