Additional Information: Asked him how many virtual cards I could generate, he said 3 at the same time, then I asked him if I could just delete one of those 3 and generate a new one, and he said I could (https://ibb.co/5v771dg). When I try to do this on Wise, it doesn't even show me the option anymore, I ask him for support he says one word and takes days to respond, but as soon as I threaten him with opening a scam report he starts writing paragraphs. On top of that he sold me extra docs for 15$ that don't work on Wise, when I tried to change the phone number connected to the wise, turns out the docs were denied by Wise (https://ibb.co/NZTRFPM).

Let's start from the beginning then.
This young man asked me for a wise account and I told him that I would do it without any problem.
At the beginning of every wise account I always ask my customers for their phone number so that I can register the wise account on their phone number and so that the account is 100% theirs.
Before I put the number in I ask if the number can receive unlimited SMS's the clients usually say yes the number works perfectly for receiving SMS's after that I start creating the account and put the documents for verification.
After the account is 100% verified I send the account to the customer so that he can make the deposit of 20€ so that the account is active.
After that I told him that the account was now his and that anything he did on the account would not be my responsibility i.e. any action he does anything that leads the account go ban I have nothing to do with it or give refund.
The same client tried to change his phone number I have no idea why and don't care simply it is his choice wise asked him to check a document holding the id and I told him he had no document holding the id and that is why I asked for the client's phone number to register the account.
I assume that the documents were not delivered on the correct date and so if I have to give refund I will only give refund of 15€ of the documents that were sent today.
I will not give refund on the account that was delivered fully verified.
After this report if you read that I am right I would like to ask you to remove the reputation of something that really is not as you said I support all my customers but you in particular spam every day and think that we all also once again have your life of being stuck to a computer.

i hope that all my clients and future clients that intend to buy any service from me or any account that read this read the following i do not work with wise if you generate cards and then can not get more it is not my fault i delivered the account full verified this is not my first client of wise and will not be the last so this is the first time i get this kind of client that thinks i work in wise and can tell him the limits of wise.

all banks have limits i also use wise personally and sometimes i cant generate cards for some time but then it comes back and thats what i tried to convey to this client but he didnt want to understand so he decided to waste his time opening a scam report anyway

Well, the docs clearly don't work for Wise verification purposes, which clearly removed the purpose to buy one them.
You told me I could have 3 vccs at the same time, however it's not about how many you can have at the same time, because I have 1 right now and haven't been able to generate another for over 18 hours.
