user delivered me first version of the thread design, which was finished hastily and poor quality.
It was solely based on my website even when he made me fill out a form before hand where all the information was. (telegram / discord information + payment methods etc)
The thread was roughly done and doesn't compare to the work he showed me when he contacted me.
He made the thread design fast so that he could get rid of the scam report.
After he delivered and i asked him for edits he has still yet to respond me with the new version, meaning i was unable to use the thread design for the whole 2 months now.
He said a couple times " sending it today, and replying with timezone" and asked me for my timezone which doesn't have anything to do with the thread design.
His own staff dmed me sayign that he has been ignoring everyone in the tickets and when i opened a ticket on alt account he responded within couple minutes.
I don't want a refund I want the work i purchased, Exolot has insane potential and has good skills, but he has been wasting everything and he's missing out on a shit ton of money if he didn't work like this.
