This was my first time making two small purchases from spadone.cc today: First, I purchased a $10 Kohl's cash voucher via the cash app and paid with my cash app balance per the spa request in his channel. The system couldn't detect my transaction even after entering the identifier number, so I contacted support and waited half a day for a response until they approved the order. When I checked the balance of the $10 Kohl's cash, it had already been redeemed - $0 left on the voucher. 
          I am waiting for this long cash app process to resolve. I decided to buy another $10 Kohl cash voucher via crypto, and after three confirmations, my order was processed. Upon checking the Kohl cash voucher, it was found that it had already been redeemed, and no money was left on it. I read on their main channel that they only required video proof to buy accounts with hotel booking points, but I decided to record each session by video anyway since it was my first time buying from them. 
       When support finally contacted me about the cash app purchase I made before processing the order, I mentioned to support about the $10 kohls cash not working that I purchased with crypto and sent them the video from the time I added the item to the cart, checked out, waited for the confirmations and then tried to redeem it on kohls.com and got the error that it was already redeemed, but support completely ignored my issue. 
       When they kept asking me to send the web receipt from the cash app, which I finally did, they processed that order so that I could retrieve the $10 Kohl cash voucher, and just my luck, this Kohl cash voucher was redeemed as well and had no money on it. I also sent them a long video recording of this transaction. It seems their support is not the best, and they are not attempting to replace my order, even with video proof. I am glad I didn't spend much money with them to avoid a significant loss. That's why I decided to make two small purchases to see how smooth the process went. This account shop has horrible support and a bad stock of Kohl's cash. I have purchased Kohl's cash from other account shop owners and have never experienced something like this before.
