I didn't , he did , because he know that he hasn't the reason and if me I send proves he won't get anything , he confirmed that password was blocked not changed , and the next chat is me trying to help him to know what happened, how to prevent, and triying to solve for free because was a good customer , and he just saying, "I don't care was you you did that fuck you , I will kill you , refund me bla bla bla"
