Additional Information: Alright. On October 21st I decided to buy FN Fucker. I noticed that the checker was not working so I joined the telegram and contacted support. You can see the conversation here. Then October 29th came around (8 days later...) and I decided to DM support again since there was no update. I asked for a refund since the program hadn't been working for me for over 8 days and I was just done with it. Then, they just left me on read so I texted again and he said "we don't offer refunds usually". See that conversation here. They then told me that its "maintenance" which I understand that, I am a developer myself. But, WHY WOULD YOU SELL A PRODUCT YOU KNOW IS NOT WORKING AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND. Then, after dming them some more and getting ghosted, they asked me for my order ID so I had some hope and thought we were getting somewhere, but then he decided to ghost me again. See that conversation here. I decided to dm the owner of the project instead and he told me to "spam" the support who was ghosting me, however I was not going to do this. Then, after 2 DAYS of no reply, he dmd me back asking for my email + LTC address so I thought that was going to be the end of this. WRONG. See that conversation here. Here is me getting ignored even more for days on end: here. He then replied saying that he is "hella busy" even though it takes less than 2 minutes to send crypto. See that here. Then, few more days goes by still being ignored. They send an announcement in their telegram channel stating "At the moment its impossible to bring fnfucker fully back. It could take a lot of more time". See that here. When I saw this, I thought okay maybe I can actually get a refund now. Again, WRONG. Since I was STILL being ghosted I wasn't gonna get anything. See that here. And ever since that last screenshot I showed I have yet to even get a reply. Can see that here. I just want my money back since its been nearly a month with a product that doesn't even work...
TLDR: They sold me a product that hasnt worked for nearly a month and now ghost me when I ask for refund.

Just a quick little update. I sent the scam report to the support just so that they knew it was active and I just got left on read again . This a clear & blatant scam. See that here

Kid. Told u im busy, asked for your refund addy waited some hours didnt had the time to do it.

Our product was working the day before, if u dont know what u buying, dont buy it.
You bought the cheapest version of it, you act like we made XXL scam 


Clarify:
for refund, I have to login into my coinbase commerce acc, for this I need to get my second phone (that was not at my home), load it up and go to gauth and shit.
I did it once for him, he needed time to send me addy. I was just too busy lately.

Sir, just because your product was working the day before does not mean anything. It was not working when I bought it and has not been. Also, I did not reply for 3 hours with my refund address because I was at work, I am sorry. Are we not going to talk about how you take DAYS to even reply? And it did not matter if I sent addy because you did not send anyway lol. Does not matter which version I bought, none of them were working. Thank you and I am looking forward to a refund!

Also I was already in coinbase commerce and had my seedphrases when u gave me the wrong address. 
So I would have refunded at this moment... but u didnt had the time...

I have over 300 unread dms... I dont check them all the time. 

I already refunded the money so I dont see the problem in here anymore

Not 100% sure if he refunded the money yet, he just said he did. Waiting on conformation then will update. Still a sketchy brand I would not recommend doing business.
