Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $650 - $5k+ from others, but not the point

Additional Information: This scam dates back around 3 months ago so I don't really care much about it, I just feel like its weird since he scammed so much and has barely got any punishments for his actions.
Crypto address for a refund: N/A - He's Broke and won't, if he does want to I'll refund
Keep In mind, I purchase an Early Supporter from his Sellix, and he didn't deliver it either but I wanted bot developer more so I ignored it.
Around, June/July he had been advertising that he was selling badged Discord Accounts (i.e) Bot Developer Badge, Early Supporter, Boost Badge & More. So I decided to purchase an OGE team owner-verified bot developer account for $550 and was told delivery would be the next day but of course, he failed to deliver and kept making excuses why my delivery would be delayed. So then a week passes by and I notice that other people on the server were either scammed or waiting on a refund also so then I figured it was pointless in trying to get my money back and just let it slide as back then I wasn't aware he was on any forums so a report against him would be therefore pointless. After doing some research he has scammed over $20K+ in funds and to my knowledge has only been banned on one platform (Nulled - https://www.nulled.to/topic/1407348-scam...a-17k-usd/)
- the proof is below, he literally admits it. + I'm banned from his server, ill show proof of that also
