Scam Report against @CoinChange (Just in cause he exits with my cash)

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 495$ USDT TRX
Screenshots of Communication: Cracked Private Messages, admins can request them.
Additional Information: Website somehow bugged and did me exchange for USDC (Still on TRX network, very important) to ETH, not USDT (TRX) to ETH. Because they're both on TRX, and TRX DOES NOT make additional addresses/wallets for each COIN on the same network (TRX in this cause), @CoinChange has access to my funds and I would like him to send me my money A.S.A.P. (Today). He acknowledged that he and his technical team HAVE access to them but they CAN'T send it just after 7 days (It may be an exit scam). That's why this Scam report exists.

I WOULD LIKE @CoinChange TO NOT SAY/TELL ANY OF MY ADDRESSES OR PERSONAL INFORMATIONS DUE TO MY RIGHT FOR PRIVACY.

Crypto address for a refund: he knows it, I don't want a refund but the exchange I was "promised", USDT/C whatever to ETH.

CoinChange said " I contacted our technical team. They have informed me that we have two options: we can either proceed with the exchange or initiate a refund. and kindly note that both processes will take approximately 7 days"

I would like to point out that THEY DO have instant access to my funds, so I don't know why delay it.

You have the option to keep the dispute open until you receive your funds. Please inform us of your decision regarding whether you'd like us to proceed with the order or initiate a refund to your address.
