Additional Information: So I hired this studio to make me a CSS script and a user bar for my upcoming ug here and they asked me for an overpriced amount (888$) for a 100$ job but they promised something super good and hyped it so much and because I didn't have a choice at that time even tho I tried many designers but I didn't like the result that much so I just went with them in the hope of getting what they promised so I paid on 23rd and we agreed on 5 days deadline which was 28th but they weren't professional with the time sometimes I ask for updates and even tho many of them online, they keep ignoring me and reply after 2-3 hours sometimes 6 hours and when they do update me they come with excuses to delay it to the next day they did this 4 times or more I wasnt bothered with all this because all I cared about is getting my money worth so yesterday 30th ( 2 days over the deadline ) they finally showed me the result ( https://www.figma.com/proto/zndOBg6jg4KQ...g=min-zoom ) and god knows how disappointed am right now with it. it feels like they are lost and don't even know what they working on let me tell you the issue with the result and its funny :
1- it has a background with a border huh?
2- the username is white excuse me? Do they understand that the most important part of the ug is the fucking colors ???
3-the dagger animation sucks I didn't like it and I don't think it's even allowed
4- they didn't even send the user bar which I insisted many times on getting it on that day with the CSS
Overall my opinion on their result: they don't know what they doing compelety lost pretending to be ready for this work and can do things others can't but they did what nobody wants instead
I feel as if they worked more on the presentation design than the actual CSS script and that's because they are mostly doing website designs and other gfx-related work they aren't certified for this kind of job which explains the shitty result I got
So what I'm asking is simply a full refund for the time you wasted and for your benefit keep it short and simple so you don't get bad repetition if this scam report stayed for a long period and its totally up to you
And am not willing to get into arguments that will probably waste more time for both of us in Discord or here so drop your answer and let the staff team decide who is in the right
