Additional Information: Got kicked/banned from his discord server after finding out from other customers that they are all losing money, and I was asking about the service integrity. All this happened the same day I paid for the service.

Hi there,

I am the moderator of PRODIGY BETS discord server which is owned by @Pr0digy
The user @DanialSmith8 (named stlouis in discord) created a ticket in our server to purchase the membership.
I have banned him from our server because he violated our server rules.
Some screenshots of the conversation are attached and I will list them down below:




1. Before he bought the method he asked for a discount. He joined the server a few minutes ago and he started giving us orders.



2. He keeps acting weird. Asking us rhetorical questions. We thought all cool, just a weird acting customer.




3. It comes to an agreement of the deal. He decided to buy the premium membership. You can assume that he understood the main goal of the service. KEY POINT: He said himself that he will find out if our service is profitable after ONE MONTH! 

 

4. This screenshot clarifies that he is still giving us commands. I can't say it is constructive criticism by the way he talks.




5. The first bet of the day lost. @Pr0digy gave advice ín the premium bets section to cash out the bet. This match day went very bad for most tipsters around the world (dyor). Hee was trying the get a refund after 2 hours he bought the membership.




7. He litarally cried after his money and dispected our service and @Pr0digy. I started getting in between and I just told him this:





I kicked him from the server. He violated our server rules. The ticket convo would be reason enough in my opinion. Here is another, CLEAR evidence in the standard members chat section:

Besides all that, he clearly understood what he bought (screenshot number 3)
What if the bets were going well? I think I would not write this post under this disupte.

We will not refund him because we had a bad matchday. We can grant him access to the server without chatting permission. This is the tolarence we can offer to solve this problem efficient and quickly as possible.
