Amount or Item(s) Scammed: (Would be) - $20 (was $45, decided to give me a "discount" of 50% lmao)

Additional Information: User attempted to scam by not letting me have access to the email. After I paid, he would have changed the email and scammed me. He refused to use a mm as well (won't respond to let me make an mm deal, and just wants me to pay him as fast as possible).
Crypto address for a refund: N/A - Didn't pay for anything
UPDATE: User said $45 with escrow. My theory (maybe this is all a "bad coincidence," but I don't think so) is he's now forced to sell the account, so he voided the $20 deal (which was gonna be his free money if he could scam me right). Conversation (updated for extra screenshots) are below.
