Additional Information: another silly one , he won't learn his lesson no matter what. Promised to finish it in 3-5 , last day being 4 july , he got banned meanwhile. After that he promised to deliver it on 6th july , he got unbanned, created a lot of artworks for his own service and ignored me until the end of the day. I said I will open a scam report if I don't have it when I wake up today. NOT ONLY IT IS ALMOST THE END OF THIS DAY AS WELL , BUT HE HAS NOT EVEN STARTED
