Additional Information: I purchased a MAGAI AIO AI LIFETIME UPGRADE on my own account for $15 with a 10,000-word limit per month. However, I reached the monthly word limit despite not using it at all. This issue arose because he has a Magai.co enterprise account where he creates teams and allocates monthly word allowances to his customers based on their upgrades. It seems he failed to plan the monthly word usage for all his customers, and now everything is falling apart. Therefore, he is delaying fixing the issue and has not replied to my messages even after several follow-ups. This situation cannot continue; hence, I would like a complete refund.
