firs of all 4.5$ is not worth my time to argue with someone, but because he is so fucking much rude and don't know how to talk with a customer, i have to do this.
since he sell vcc. firs i asked him if his vcc work for google cloud, azure and digitalocean trial, and he told me the ones that work with these 3 sites trial is expansive then his regular vcc, so we agreed and i bough 3 vcc that should work on these 3 sites trial, he told me that the google cloud is hard, but the digitalocean and azure is just need the normal steps, and i agreed if the vcc dont worke on google cloud it is on me and he is not responsible, but they should work on digitalocean and azure just as a cc work. but after i received the vcc and tested on digital ocean, i got the error message "your card does not support this kind of purchase" so i contacted him and he send me the next one and again the same error. and after i asked him to fix the issue, he just told me the problem is from my ip and i am retarded. he was so rude to me as his customer. and after a long discussion that he constantly told me retarded, and without solving the issue, i decided to make this scam report.

as they can see in our chat, i asked you before buying, if your cards work with google cloud, digitalocean and azure trial. and you told me yes, but google cloud is hard, so i respond to you that if the cards dont work with google cloud trial it will be on me, you will not be responsible, but you told me the cards will work on digitalocean and azure with their regular procedure. i asked you about the countries of the cards and you even at first didn't wanted to tell me about, so after you told me portugal, then i tried your cards as everyone do but i got the error message, "your card does not support this kind of purchase" and i contacted you about the card issue, and then you just send me another card and it had the same issue. when i asked you to solve the issue, you just insulted me several time with the word "RETARDED"
@Teken and he still insult me by calling me toxic here in the forum. at the first i just wanted him to solve the issue. but because he is very poor in communication as you can see in our chat, i decided to bring the problem to you sir. i asked him to just proof by using one of the card he sent to me on digitalocean then i will leave the cards and everything, but he just sent to me his shop positive feedback and told me " see i am a trusted seller " those feedback dont solve the issue for me. he should solve it for me as his customer.

i am your customer and if there was anything to proof, you should proof it to me that your cards dont have problem after i tried them and they didn't worked. if you just made one account with one of those cards then we never had to argue and spend this much time over it.
now you are telling that i took a lots of your time, but every time i sent you a message you respond back from 1-12 hours later, i received 2 of the cards i think more then 12 hours after i paid you.
but because i know issue can happen on this kind of deals. I did not complain about it. but you first insulted me many time instead of just solving the issue.
