Additional Information: He's selling free trial accounts as 1 Year Licensed accounts. The method got patched before the warranty period, but the Seller is reluctant to refund.

Are you joking me? I sell the trial METHOD and told ALL customers it is working until method patched. I offered for customer upgrade to Enterprise license for $55 instead of $79.99 ($25 off) because they paid $30 for trial method.

They used it for 1 month 1/2 , it got patched. I sell A LICENSE not method for more, I offered to lower the license by difference he is not happy.

He was fine when it was working not when it got patched. He upset even when I offered to sell him our NEW service. We stopped selling Adobe trial method a long time ago because it would GO DOWN A LOT. Now it is patched. He just does not want to pay difference for better upgrade since old one stopped working 2 days ago.

Also apart from the solution I offered user, I told him we are working on fix for trial method. We have always fixed it. I just told him it got patched again and this time he open scam report. The previous 1 month 1/2 he enjoyed it no problem. He does not want to pay difference for solution or wait for fix for method. Not my problem?

I AM ALSO WORKING ON A FIX TO THE METHOD TO PROVIDE IT AGAIN.

Nothing was said about "it is working until method patched" neither in the thread nor in the conversation which I had with him before purchasing the product.
I expect uninterrupted service without waiting or reminding you to fix it for one year as any other customer would. 
If there is any problem without your method, you should have planned for it before selling the product/service.
Instead, you are offering an Enterprise license upgrade for an additional cost which is also not mentioned anywhere.
I am disappointed with your service and fraudulent behavior. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund to my BTC address as soon as possible.

He refunded.
