Hello, currently @nvck is on vacations, so I will answer for him. There's no way the booster accounts have left by their own. The booster accounts may have been affected by any of his anti-raid bots, which clearly in our Terms of Service we do NOT provide any replacements/refunds if the boosts received have been banned by any of your anti-raid bots.
We have sold over 50,000 server boosts, the bots never left the server unless your subscription have ended. The only reasons the bots can leave your server are:
1. Your subscription have ended (which happens at 30 or 90 days after your purchase, depends how many days have you bought)
2. Any of your anti-raid bots have kicked/banned them. (Which happens instantly after the bots have joined, and you loss your boosts after 2-3 days, exactly what happened to you.)
I'm gonna need to intervene here because what you're saying is just not true @Pitcher. Discord recently has been doing multiple rollbacks, which means they remove the nitro on an account as they see it's done via a script. This affected ALL Boosting Services, and you're no exception which I'm sure you know. We have given all our customers replacements, and it's your obligation to do the same as it's NOT the customer's fault. I'm posting this here to make Staff aware of the issue that affected every Boosting Service. Saying it is the customer’s fault is not okay in this case.

Yes I looked at them and they were banned by an anti-raid bot you use it yourself on your discord server the same anti-raid bot as me so in fact I paid 3 months 14 boosts I couldn't even enjoy them because as soon as you put them on they were banned by the bot is it my fault no it's not my fault yet it would have happened at the end of my subscription ok but you made them join directly if you had made them join normally I don't think the anti-raid bot would have banned them
so I think you can at least put them back in and it won't cost you anything

If your scripts used are really low-quality that can be detected by Discord is not our issue. We have over 8,000 nitro tokens that are alive for weeks, we use quality as always, that's why we are better than the others boosting services. ;)
We haven't got affected by any Discord "update" and this can be proven to any Staff.

It's a customer's issue, the boosts were delivered but his anti-raid bot banned the booster accounts. Most we can offer is 50% OFF so he can re-buy the service, that's what we always do with customers having this issue.

Doesn't have anything to do with the quality of any script, and you know that. Every boosting service was affected don't try to talk yourself out of it. It is not the customer's fault. You're just trying to make people think it's the customer's fault. Any boost seller can be asked it's a fact that Discord has done multiple patches and revoked nitro promos used for boosting in the past few days.
