We arent saying we did not lose te data. Since we did, we can offer a refund on our service. The data on the RDP is worth nearly zero to us as we not only have no idea what is it or what it could be but since we do not know, we definitely do not have any use for it. The value of our services do not increase according to your data. If there was so much loss to the data on your rdp, then we should also get compensation of all your sales since you are treating it the data as part of our service. In which case I can ask for 50USD compensation as I have stayed up 2 days straight to try and recover the data. Moreover, As you have not completed the term and used up a week of it from our courtesy of holding the RDP for you, we offered 60 USD OR a full additional month with free additional regular backups despite it being nearly a completion of 2 weeks since your RDP was supposed to be due. We were trying to uphold our privacy policy and updating software to fix vunerabilities. Ideally as per the terms of cracked, a replacement is also an option and we could have only provided the option for a replacement as opposed to a refund. But not only have we offered a refund, we have also offered an alternative option to get a free additional month with free backups as an extention of help.
