Sales Thread: Multiple on his profile for XBOX Gamepass Ultimate Lifetime, Netflix Lifetime, HBO Max Lifetime, Prime Video Lifetime, etc.
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $46 (Plus more from other purchases made with him. I'd like all of the transactions to be refunded... but the main transaction I am having issues with currently is for Prime Video for a customer. It has been over 2 weeks waiting for a fix.)
Screenshots of Communication: Communication from the seller is almost non-existent. Tickets are randomly closed without any responses. Additional Information: This report is to address the low-quality service provided by Kenix. Multiple users have raised complaints about Kenix’s services, as evidenced by these threads: https://cracked.io/Thread-SCAM-REPORT-ON...wner-Kenix and https://cracked.io/Thread-Deal-Dispute-a...-aka-Kenix Additionally, numerous customers have expressed their frustration in the vouches channel, the only open communication channel, due to Kenix’s lack of response. As a reseller working with Kenix for some time, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My customers report that the upgrades provided by Kenix last less than a month. When issues arise, it takes Kenix a minimum of 2-3 weeks to address them, during which I have to repeatedly follow up through tickets. Such services should be removed from the site as they constitute an endless scam, requiring users to constantly chase down the provider for fixes to what is marketed as a lifetime service. I am forced to threaten to open a scam report every time after two weeks just to get a response and have issues resolved. The typical response I receive is that he is "restocking soon."
