@KSZ I already sent him the documents he needs to recover the account as the bitsa support required. I told him "do not login yet" but he did instantly and deposited into it. I have done everything possible. First time he violated shop tos and then i still agreed to replace and so i did. but he did not follow my guide and broke the account again.
I sent him the enough documents again. what can i do next.

the guy made fake telegrams groups and channels and made fake accounts on my name and spreading everywhere. mass dming my tg members and lots of going all. he made my website down. and tryna ddos attack. he contacted coinbase support to block the crypto payment processor. Should this dispute still be continued?
